Bowen Hills Medical Specialist Centre is an architecturally designed medical centre, which opened in early 2020 with Australia’s top medical specialists as tenants. As the Medical Property Advisor, Richard approached the Landlord on behalf of the Medical Specialists with a proposal to convert the pre-existing warehouse into a purpose-built and facilitated the leasing agreements for BrizBrain & Spine, Queensland X-Ray, QSMC, Fortus Health, The Newro Foundation and Metro Pain.

 

Richard co-ordinated each of the medical tenants and acted as the conduit with the landlord enabling them to finesse and sometimes grow their offering while working collaboratively with the other medical specialists to achieve a unique symbiotic specialist hub in the heart of Bowen Hills.
