• Reviewing present and future property strategies for the group and individual medical directors

• Site identification for the group to accommodate future growth requirements

• Negotiations with potential developers and joint venture partners

• Co-ordination of all external property related consultants, including designers, tenancy fit-out contractors, and mechanical contractor

• Lease negotiations and liaising with legal team

• Liaise with owner of site to develop the new medical specialist precinct

• Facilitated partnerships and negotiated leases with complementary tenants to assist with the client’s overall vision for the medical specialist centre.
